Angad is a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant who works with leaders in health care, Indigenous organizations, manufacturing, technology, mining, and education. He holds the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and has helped grow a coaching startup into an established professional services firm. 

His coaching starts with whatever a client brings, and he has a knack for helping people find the edges in their leadership that need sharpening. Angad is curious and direct. He asks the questions people tend to avoid, builds on what is already working, and makes sure each session ends with an experiment to try. He would rather a client test something imperfect next week than plan the perfect move for months.
