MEET YOUR COACHES & FACILITATORS.
Bronwyn Smith, Alison Caldwell Johnson, and Cecylia Anderson bring complementary coaching and facilitation expertise to the Surgical Foundations Program. Together, we combine deep experience in leadership development, individual coaching, behavioural change, and workplace dynamics, with a shared commitment to making development practical, relevant, and immediately useful.
Together, we bring three different but connected perspectives: the practical skills of leadership, the internal mindset shifts that sustain change, and the confidence and interpersonal capability to put both into practice. Our goal is to create a learning environment that is thoughtful, engaging, challenging, and grounded in the real-world experience of surgical leaders.
